If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened devices cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Request a Return

1. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
2. Once approved, you may ship the item back to us (return shipping cost may apply).

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.
